A calm, coastal identity of sand, sea-blue and gorse yellow puts the view first, with seasonal photography, an interactive floorplan and a gallery. Underneath is the part owners keep: a live availability calendar with instant quotes, and online booking that takes a deposit and schedules the balance reminder. Every booking lands in a back office of its own, with a calendar of stays, changeover cleans and jobs, a dashboard of arrivals and occupancy, cleaning and maintenance schedules, guest notes, enquiries and accounts that export to Excel.

Guests choose dates on a live calendar and see the price straight away, including any dogs. Booking takes a 25% deposit and confirms instantly, and the stay appears in the owner’s calendar with its changeover clean and balance reminder already scheduled. The back office brings together bookings from every source, cleaners and contractors, maintenance, guest notes and website enquiries, with income, costs and occupancy worked out as you go and an Excel export for the accountant.
